The
Sydney Opera House situated on Benelong Point is
one of the most amazing architectural structures
of the modern world. It was designed by Jorn Utzon
and completed in 1973.
Together
with the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House is the
most photographed image of Sydney. In fact Sydney
is immediately recognised by these to icons.
The
Opera House is home to various Ballet, Dance and
Opera companies including: The Australian Ballet,
Sydney Dance Company, Sydney Philharmonic Orchestra
and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
One
or two hour guided walking tours run every 1/2 hour
from 9am - 5pm.

prices start at $23 for adults and $16
for children.
